Terms of Use

Appstronomy LLC makes REPS Pro. These terms describe use of the REPS Pro website and iPhone app. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using them. Any applicable App Store licence and mandatory consumer protections also apply.

REPS Pro is being prepared for release. Check Download for public availability. A preview, demonstration image, or planned feature does not promise that the app, a subscription, or that feature is available now.

Use REPS Pro responsibly

Use the website and app lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use another person's records without permission. Local user selection does not establish permission to act for someone else.

You are responsible for the information you enter. Check the selected user, exercise, weight unit, and recorded values before relying on them. Do not share passwords or verification codes with support.

Training information and safety

REPS Pro records and presents training information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not supervise your technique or assess whether an exercise or load is safe for you. Exercise descriptions, targets, and past records are informational. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.

Choose exercises and loads appropriate to your ability and equipment. Stop if exercise causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help. Do not use the app for emergency assistance. No training result is guaranteed.

Your records and backups

You retain your rights in your workout records and personal content. The current iPhone app keeps its workout library locally. This website does not provide automatic cloud sync or a server backup of that library.

Keep a backup outside the app before deleting it, changing phones, or making an irreversible change. Check that an export has finished saving. You control the destination and recipients, who then handle their copies. Read Workout data and backups.

Backup and export of your own data are part of the Free product policy. Accumulated records are not withheld or deleted to drive a Premium upgrade. This does not promise unlimited storage, automatic backups, or guaranteed recovery.

Free, Premium, and purchases

REPS Pro is being prepared as a Free app with an optional Premium subscription. This website does not sell a subscription or announce that purchasing is available. RevenueCat subscription management is planned and is not yet integrated into the current mobile app.

When a purchase is offered, review the actual benefits, localized price, billing period, renewal conditions, and any eligible introductory offer on the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation. This page promises no global price, trial, or future Premium feature.

Apple handles App Store billing under its terms. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple account using Apple's instructions. Deleting an app does not itself cancel a subscription. Contact Support about an access problem. Do not send payment card information.

Product content and third parties

The software, branding, and supplied content remain subject to their owners' intellectual-property rights and applicable licences. Using REPS Pro does not grant permission to redistribute its software, branding, or separately licensed content. Your rights in your own content and rights provided by law remain in place.

Links and exports can take you to third-party services, such as Apple or a file provider, whose terms apply to those services. Their availability is outside our control. Information about analytics, diagnostics, tester recordings, and support messages is in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Development and tester builds can contain errors and can change or become unavailable. Do not rely on an unreleased feature or an unannounced launch date. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular training outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms as REPS Pro changes. Revised terms will appear here with a new date. Any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law still applies. These initial terms set no monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration process, or exclusive court jurisdiction.
